Production Blog - K-pop Scene

Hello queens and kings and we're back with another blog. How are you guys doing, I hope you're all doing good. Well anyways back to the main topic about my commercial. I made a list of shots that will come first, second, and so on for my commercial that is about me. The first shot will be about me liking K-Pop so the first shot will be focused on K-Pop songs. Some problems I will most definitely have when doing this shot is picking out a song since I'm super indecisive. After a few seconds of listing K-Pop groups I had 2 choices. So, I listened to the first music I found for both of them which was Shhh by KISS OF LIFE and Super Shy by New Jeans. Not to lie I did get distracted when I saw another K-Pop group because I listened to their song 1 minute in, but I got back on track after that. Anyways in the end I chose KISS OF LIFE. Now it is time for the second hard part, picking out the song. But in the end, I choose one of the classic songs that I always seem to find when I want to listen to K-Pop, It's Shhh by KISS OF LIFE. You might be saying that was the first song you listened to, and you just picked that but to be honest I listened to little bits of each song they made and picked what caught my attention and would make me sit and want to watch and listen to their song.

Anyways now it was time to pick the location out of the three decided locations I chose. In the end I chose to pick the TV room for my first shot. Now it's time for filming since I have everything ready for this shot. When filming it, I didn't know if I should do a close up shot of my computer or just show myself watching the song. In the end, I decided to do a close up shot of my computer instead. During the practice for filming my first scene, my mom and brother were making noise and since I planned to show a sneak pick of the lyrics, I was listening to I waited till my mom was upstairs or off her phone and I told my brother to be quiet. In the end I got the shot I wanted though I will make some tweaks of it in the future if it's not adequate enough for me. If you want to know what I'm going to do for my other practice shots and actual film stay tuned. Well bye queens and kings see you next time.
